As always, I had an excellent experience at North East Ford. The team at North East was able to get me in a new car in under four hours (unheard of!!) I worked with Christopher who was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about all the options in my new car. Christopher made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.

Five star service from parts and Chris! I needed a hard to find part and wanted Ford OEM Muffler because the stuff from the parts stores don't last, and cost more in the long run. They happened to have one in stock that I can install ASAP and made the trip from Albany (about 90 min). Other dealers needed more time and I need an inspection. I was able to install it and got stickered.
Got a great deal and they went above and beyond - stayed open a bit longer till I got there and great service. Friendly service, not like some local dealers here who seem to be "doing you a favor." From the first call, I can tell they really care, made sure I get the right part and discussed alternatives. I wasn't rushed like many other dealers.
I would certainly look here if I ever wanted a new Ford or needed a major part or repair. I will certainly mention it to others. Great Place, Keep up the good work!
