Hey, thank you for reaching out Thomas.
We offer three options for fuel oil delivery: automatic, semi-automatic, and will-call.
Automatic: You don't need to call us. We check and determine when you’ll receive your next delivery(based on weather and your individual fuel usage).
Semi Automatic: Some may not want the automatic but are still too busy to keep checking their fuel tank gauge. We keep track of your fuel usage and delivery schedule, and will either notify you a day or so in advance that we will be making a delivery, or will ask you if you want us to deliver, whichever is better for you.
Will-Call: If you choose to call us for oil deliveries, you should do so when the tank gauge reads about ⅜ of a tank (between ½ and ¼). This will give us enough time to schedule your delivery, so you will avoid an empty fuel tank and a boiler shut-down.

Winter 2023 . A winter I'll never forget it was freezing outside you could see your breath unfortunately it was colder inside my house. We had no oil and no oil company would help us out. Until the Cohler family took a chance and became our knights in shining armor. Ben and his family are AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL , SMART, CARING, AND THEY HAVE HEARTS OF GOLD. Not only did Ben take me on as a client. I became part of the Cohler family. They serviced my boiler , inspected it from top to bottom and made sure everything was working. That day my daughter and I was warm and cozy. Even the guy who delivers the oil is friendly, respectful and courteous. The lady who answers the phone is nice also. I can't thank them all enough. It's been two years and I'm not looking back. I am happy, warm and grateful. Thank you Cohler family . If you want your boiler to run smooth , if you want to receive A+ treatment.
